LAUNCHcast AdMute 3 takes the Ad Muting to a new level by actually skipping the ads! Sort of. While previous version monitored your station for ads and muted the system sound, AdMute 3 will simply refresh your station which essentially results in the commercial being skipped. After refreshing the station a new song is usually playing again within a few seconds...much better than listening to silence for 30-60 seconds!
I've also added custom skinning options so you can customize your player to look how you want. Twenty one skin options are included by default so you should have plenty to chose from.
As in version 2, the LAUNCHcast player is embedded in AdMute so you can start listening as soon as you open AdMute. If you're already logged in to yahoo the music will start automatically, otherwise you'll be asked to enter your LAUNCHcast username and password. Remember to check the "keep me logged in" option to prevent from having to log in every time you open AdMute.

Options
Automatically refresh when ad detected
During LAUNCHcast ads you may notice that the status of the player changes to "Click the ad for more information". AdMute detects this status and automatically refreshes the station to essentially skip the ad.
Automatically refresh on LAUNCHcast errors
Check this option to have AdMute automatically restart the LAUNCHcast player when an Error status is detected.
Save song history
Check this option to have AdMute save a history of artists, songs, and song ratings to a local database file. You'll then be able to view your music history by clicking the View Song History link.
Show/Hide Options
LAUNCHcast AdMute will open with the Options hidden by default. Just click the Show/Hide options link on the bottom left hand corner of the screen to view or hide the settings for AdMute.
Refresh LAUNCHcast
If LAUNCHcast gets "stuck" and doesn't update the status and/or song information you can click the Refresh LAUNCHcast link to restart the player.
Minimize to the System Tray
The AdMute icon resides in the system tray rather than taking up space on the task bar. The current song and the status of AdMute will show up when you hover your mouse of the System Tray icon. When you minimize AdMute you can restore the options window by double clicking the icon.
